Federal Reserve Bank of New York has appointed Glenn Hutchins and Terry Lundgren as class B directors. Hutchins will be a class B director of the New York Fed starting August 31 for the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending December 2012, while Lundgren will be a class B director starting August 31 for the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending Dec. 11, 2011.
Hutchins will work for the remainder of Jeffrey Kindler’s term on the board of directors and Lundgren will work for the remainder of Jeffrey Immelt’s term. Hutchins is co-founder and co-CEO of Silver Lake, while Lundgren is chairman, president and CEO of Macy’s.
