Polish mobile operator Polkomtel is seeking to raise $2.3 billion through a sale of eurobonds, Reuters reports, citing Rzeczpospolita. The offering is likely to take place when market conditions are more favorable.
In June, Polkomtel’s owners agreed to sell the company to media mogul Zygmunt Solorz-Zak for $5.7 billion. The deal is awaiting regulatory approval.
