Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has boosted its Indian equities team with eight new appointments, Reuters reports. The five new analysts for equities research include Harish Bihani from domestic brokerage Indiabulls Institutional Equities and Atul Rastogi, previously with Daiwa Securities and UBS.
The lender has also appointed three more for equities sales to boost its onshore equities platform. Sanjeev Patni joins the RBS onshore team in cash equity sales from Prabhudas Lilladher. Sameer Goyal and Varun Pardiwalla have joined the RBS onshore team in sales, adds India Infoline.
