The board of the Hungary’s Budapest Stock Exchange has named Vienna Stock Exchange joint CEO Michael Buhl as chairman, portfolio.hu reports. The board has also added Prague Stock Exchange chairman and CEO Petr Koblic, Equilor Investment CEO Bálint Szécsényi and Capmex Unternehmensberatung managing director Hannes Takacs as directors.
Szécsényi has joined the board as vice-chairman. Meanwhile, the supervisory board of the exchange has selected CHSH Dezső & Partners Law Firm managing partner Attila Dezső as a new member.
