Celoxica, a low-latency messaging platform vendor, has boosted its internal information technology (IT) team, Waterstechnology.com reports. The U.K. firm has appointed Bastiaan van Kempen, former CEO of Optiver U.S., to manage its client-facing business in the U.S.
The firm has also named Oddo Options’ former head of IT Philippe Planchon to lead hardware development and NYSE Euronext veteran Stephane Bredon to head the development of the order-entry offering. The trio will join new chief technology officer Gilles Herfeld.
