Dow Jones Indexes has added the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) to the Dow Jones FEAS Index universe. The Dow Jones FEAS Indexes, consisting of a composite and two regional sub-indexes, measure the performance of companies across the Euro-Asian region. The move will add 84 new component stocks to the index, taking the total to 472.
The Dow Jones FEAS Composite Index consists of component stocks of 16 of the 34 member states of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges, including Abu Dhabi and Muscat. The Dow Jones FEAS South East Europe Index measures the performance of companies listed on eight FEAS member exchanges, such as Banja and Zagreb.
