MRM is selling two fully let office buildings in the west of Paris to Fonciere LFPI, PropertyEU reports. The French-listed commercial real estate company will raise a total of €40 million from the sale, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter.
The disposals include an office complex at Quai de Dion-Bouton in Puteaux and another office building located at Avenue Paul Doumer in Rueil-Malmaison. On the transaction, MRM was advised by Jones Lang Lasalle and CB Richard Ellis, whereas Fonciere LFPI was represented by Wragge & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
