The pension plans of New York City are considering selling their portfolio of buyout funds worth $2 billion, Bloomberg reports. The five pension plans will sell their portfolio to clean their respective private equity relationships.

One of the five plans is mulling to sell stakes that are managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Silver Lake Management. The financial details of the transaction have not yet been decided.
