ING U.S. Retirement Services has appointed Dwayne McGraw as head of valuation, Pensions & Investments reports. McGraw’s duties will include overseeing the calculation of reserves, producing financial statements, completing rating agency surveys, internal and external valuation audits and systematic reporting to regulators.
In his new role, he will work under Lisa Thomas, chief insurance risk officer for ING U.S. Retirement Services. McGraw will succeed Scott Shepherd, who is shifting to an investment role within ING. Prior to this, McGraw was supervising actuary of life insurance at Genworth Financial.
