Australian investment fund, Future Fund, has entered an agreement with U.K. alternative investment firm, Winton Capital Management, Financial Standard reports. The sovereign wealth fund has awarded a new mandate to the London-based firm that invests in managed futures. The Winton portfolio has a 34% allocation to commodities, 21% to currencies, 20% to equity indexes and 25% to fixed income by risk. According to Future Fund portfolio update, the vehicle had around $11.87 billion allocated to alternative assets in the March quarter.
