SL Green Realty and Jeff Sutton have partnered to acquire I. Miller Shoe Building at 1552 Broadway, New York Post reports. The joint venture will pay around $135 million to the Riese Organization for the acquisition. The building, which currently operates TGI Friday’s, was marketed by the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets team. The transaction is expected to be completed by the summer.
