MAB Development and Sonae Sierra are developing a new €120 million shopping centre in Solingen, Germany, in a joint venture, PropertyEU reports. The joint venture has bought the former Karstadt premises from HLG/Movesta for the mall.
The opening is anticipated between end-2013 and early 2014. European developer MAB and Lisbon-headquartered international shopping centre group Sonae Sierra each hold a 50% share in the project company.
