Castle To Reduce Focus Fund Expense Ratio

Castle Investment Management will be cutting down the expenses of the Castle Focus Fund from November 1.

Castle Investment Management will be cutting down the expenses of the Castle Focus Fund from November 1. The expense ratio will be lowered to1.48 percent from 1.58 percent as the fund achieves economies of scale.

The scheme that tracks S&P 500 is available without any transaction fee on key mutual fund supermarkets, such as Charles Schwab Investment Management, Fidelity and Pershing. The fund’s assets have risen from less than $8 million at the start of this year to more than $50 million. Robert Mark is portfolio manager and St. James Investment Co. sub-advises the fund.
