Gotham Asset Management has appointed BNY Mellon Asset Servicing to provide mutual fund services. New York-based Gotham will make use of BNY’s functionality to set up its Formula Investing Funds, consisting of two U.S. equity and two international equity mutual funds.
BNY will offer services through its mutual fund turnkey solutions product FundVantage Trust. The product allows investment advisors to concentrate on creating mutual funds, managing investments and distribution, while it provides fund accounting and administration, custody, transfer agency and underwriter functions.
