Bank of America Corp. (BofA) has expanded its risk management unit with the appointment of two executives, Bloomberg reports. The lender has selected Jim Alessandri as retail risk management executive and David Flannery as global banking and markets risk management executive.
The pair will join the bank in the newly created positions. They will report to chief risk officer Terry Laughlin. Flannery was previously head of global leveraged finance at BofA.
