Baring Asset Management (AM) has appointed Tom Mann as an investment manager in its £2.8 billion international and world equities team, Financial Times reports. Located in London, Mann will be working under team head David Betocchi, adds Citywire.
Mann will join the global investment management firm from another international investment management group, Aberdeen Asset Management, where he was manager on its £140.4 million U.K. smaller companies fund. Mann, who was member of Aberdeen’s pan-European equity team, has previously also served at global financial services provider Credit Suisse Asset Management.
