Washington Real Estate Investment Trust is selling its complete industrial portfolio along with two office buildings for $350 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The portfolio consists of 16 industrial buildings. The contracts consist of five separate purchase and sale agreements.

The Fullerton Business Center in Springfield, the Pickett Industrial Park in Alexandria and the Northern Virginia Industrial Park in Lorton are among the flex properties, adds Commercial Real Estate Direct. Crescent and Albemarle are the office buildings in the portfolio.
