Chaterhouse has secured a credit facility worth €510 million to back its acquisition of information provider Bureau Van Dijk Electronic Publishing (BvD), Reuters reports. The private equity group is acquiring the stake from BC Partners.
The credit line comprises €370 million of senior loans and around €140 million of mezzanine loans. The lead arrangers of the credit facility are Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Nomura.
