Two shopping centers in Hastings and Enfield in London are being brought to the market for around £130 million, Property Week reports. The Priory Meadow in Hastings, which is expected to be priced at £68 million, is let to tenants including BHS, Marks & Spencer, New Look and Poundland. Jones Lang LaSalle and BTWShiells have been appointed to market the property. The Palace Exchange in Enfield will also be brought to the market by BTWShiells for about £60 million. The mall is let to tenants, including TK Maxx, Lidl, Next and Argos.
