Duet Private Equity has raised £75 million in a second closing of its mezzanine debt fund, Property Week reports. The European Real Estate Debt Fund’s additional investments come through a £50 million listing of Duet Real Estate Finance and £25 million of additional commitments to the unlisted partnership.
The vehicle, which raised around £86.8 million in its first closing, was set up to provide mezzanine finance for property companies. The fund has already provided nearly £60 million of debt capital across five transactions, adds PropertyEU.
