CBOE Holdings has taken over the top spot in U.S. options market share, Reuters reports. The U.S. stock-options market operator has beaten Nasdaq OMX Group, according to Options Clearing Corporation figures. The Chicago Board Options Exchange and CBOE’s C2 together captured 26.7% of all U.S. stock and stock-index options trades in April. Nasdaq handled around 25.7% of the total trade at its two venues, PHLX and NOM.
