Noble Group is planning an initial public offering of its agriculture business, Reuters reports. The Singapore-listed commodities firm is looking to list the business on the Singapore Exchange.
Noble is being advised by J.P. Morgan on the planned offering. The agriculture business, which mainly comprises soybean crushing in Argentina, Brazil and China and sugarcane mills in Brazil, may have a value of more than $5 billion.
