Bradley Gibson will be joining global asset management firm AllianceBernstein as Asia-Pacific (Apac) fixed income (FI) portfolio manager early next year, Investor Daily reports. Gibson, who will be based in Melbourne, comes from investment solutions and services provider ING Investment Management, where he was head of rates strategies.
The appointment bolsters the firm’s plan to float regional funds. It had hired Hojung Kang as a credit analyst last month and Vincent Tsui as an economist in September. As of September 30, AllianceBernstein was running $214 billion in fixed-income assets, part of a total $402 billion assets under management.
