Nordic private equity firm, EQT Partners, is planning to acquire its former portfolio company, Dometic Group, AltAssets reports. The Swedish buy-out house has offered €1.38 billion for the acquisition. Dometic Group is 70% owned by a consortium of lenders, while the rest is owned by its own directors and employees. Nordic Capital and Permira had also previously shown interest in the group.
