Brookfield Office Properties has sold a Houston office tower to building tenant Chevron, Bloomberg reports. The U.S. energy company paid $340 million for the property.
The real-estate investment trust bought the 50-story tower, called Four Allen Center, for about $120 million in 2006. Continental Airlines is also a tenant of the 95.4% leased property, adds CoStar Group.
