Mytrah Energy is seeking to raise approximately $189.3 million, Bloomberg reports. The Indian wind-farm developer, formerly Caparo Energy, will use the money to fund orders it placed with Suzlon Energy. Mytrah has placed orders with Indian wind-turbine maker for a total of 362 megawatts. It may also sign a contract for a further 138 megawatts of turbines by the end of the month.
