Citigroup has promoted three senior managers within its equities business to global trading roles, Financial Times reports. Mike Pringle, who was appointed in 2009 to lead equities in EMEA, has become global head of trading in London. Based in Hong Kong, Adrian Faure has been named global head of emerging markets, sharing managerial responsibility for all operations in those markets with the relevant regional heads of equity. Shakil Ahmed takes on duties as global head of electronic market making, based in New York.
