BB DTVM is seeking to raise $555 million for a private equity fund focused on renewable energy projects, Reuters reports. The division of Banco do Brasil rolled out the portfolio in August. It was launched jointly with Banco Votorantim and an undisclosed foreign investment fund. The private equity fund will invest in as many as 35 projects. The unit also aims to expand in other South American nations.
