Arle Capital Partners, which was earlier the buy-out unit of Candover Investments, has restarted discussions to sell U.K. safety harness manufacturer Capital Safety Group.

Arle Capital Partners, which was earlier the buy-out unit of Candover Investments, has restarted discussions to sell U.K. safety harness manufacturer Capital Safety Group, Financial Times reports. The Capital Safety Group is valued at up to £1 billion including debt.

Arle Capital stopped preparations for an auction in September due to the European debt problem’s adverse impact on the market. However, since then the London-based private equity firm has received offers for Capital Safety from Cinven, Warburg Pincus and other private equity firms. Arle Capital has also held informal talks with potential buyers.
