Kennedy Wilson has acquired Bank of Ireland Real Estate Investment Management (BOI REIM). As per the agreement, the U.S. property investment and services firm will set up a new entity called Kennedy Wilson Europe.
BOI REIM’s current managing director Peter Collins will lead the new business as managing director of the new venture, which will be based in Dublin and London. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
