Royal London has agreed on terms for its potential acquisition by mutual insurer Royal Liver, Professional Pensions reports. The agreement sets out all of the details of the proposed merger and the transfer of assets. The transfer is subject to regulatory approvals and the approval of Royal Liver’s delegates and the elected representatives of Royal Liver’s Members. The enlarged group is likely to have more than £33 billion in assets, if the merger is approved.
