PGNiG is planning a capital expenditure worth $9.7 billion by 2015, Reuters reports. The Polish natural gas company is planning the investment with a focus on gas exploration and production activities.

It aims to spend around $5.4 billion on E&P activities in Poland and abroad for the next four years. PGNiG is also seeking to carry out some internal restructuring with the potential sale of some subsidiaries and implementation of a voluntary layoff program.
