New York–based SL Green Realty Corp. is acquiring eight Manhattan retail and multi-family properties for $416 million, Bloomberg reports. The properties are being purchased in a joint venture with real estate company Stonehenge Partners, which will manage and reposition the multi-family portion that totals 402 rental units.
The deal consists of 724 Fifth Ave., which houses the Milan-based luxury goods maker Prada. Among other properties in the deal are 762 Madison Ave., 400 East 57th St., 400 East 58th St. and stakes in 752 Madison Ave., occupied by clothier Giorgio Armani, and 19-21 East 65th St.
