Aviva is seeking to sell around a 15% in its Dutch unit, Delta Lloyd. The U.K. insurer will sell around 25 million shares worth about $690 million in the Amsterdam-based firm, adds Bloomberg. London-based Aviva has appointed Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to manage the offering. The disposal of 15% of Delta Lloyd’s stake will bring Aviva’s ordinary shareholding to about 43% from 58%.
