Rockspring Property Investment Managers has purchased a retail warehouse in Dortmund for €36.5 million, Europe Real Estate reports. The acquisition was made on behalf of the Rockspring German Retail Box Fund.
The Hornbach Zentrum was sold by CS Eureal. The property is anchored by a Hornbach DIY store and its tenants include Lidl, Tedox, Rewe and Burger King. The warehouse will be managed by Prime Management, Dusseldorf.
