SCE Sells $125M Perpetual Stock

Southern California Edison has raised $125 million in a stock offering.

Southern California Edison (SCE) has raised $125 million in a stock offering, Reuters reports. The U.S. electricity supply company sold cumulative perpetual preferred stock. The company’s perpetual preferred stock carried a 6.50% coupon rate. The unit of Edison International appointed Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Loop Capital and Ramirez & Company as joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
