Alstria VII. Hamburgische Grundbesitz is selling its property Alte Post, located in Hamburg, Germany, for more than €110 million. The seller is a 50-50 joint venture between alstria office REIT, independent real estate group Quantum Immobilien and Stenham Property.
The buyer, an affiliate to Peregrine Holdings-owned Stenham Property, has been selected following an auction process. On the transaction, Law firm Taylor Wessing advised Stenham, whereas investors’ legal and tax adviser Jebens Mensching acted for the vendor, adds PropertyEU. The deal, which is subject to customary condition, is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2012.
