RWE is seeking to sell assets, including a majority stake in its high voltage German power grid, Bloomberg reports. The German electric power company is planning to sell €8 billion worth of assets. The Essen-based company is in discussions to sell a majority stake in its Amprion grid to a group of investors led by Commerzbank. RWE is also planning to dispose of some of its U.K. assets.
