An endowed fund has been launched by former Marine Corps commandant general, P Kelley. The General PX Kelley Leadership Fund will support the Ronald W Reagan Leadership Program at Eureka College.
The fund will help students receiving full-tuition Reagan Fellowships. Apart from the permanent contribution by Kelley, the fund is also supported by former Secretary of Defense, Frank Carlucci, and FedEx founder and CEO, Frederick Smith.
