Abril Educacao is seeking to raise about $318.2 million through an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. The shares will be listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange.
The Brazilian media conglomerate will offer 18.5 million shares, likely to be priced in a range of $13.81 to $16.98 per share. Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase, Itau BBA and Bradesco BBI have been appointed to coordinate the offering.
