U.S. telecom company, Motorola Mobility Holdings, will acquire software developing company, 3LM, The Wall Street Journal reports. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, though the price is expected to be in the range of $6-10 million.
3LM was founded by two former Google employees, who worked on the team that developed Android. Accel Partners, a venture capital firm and several other investors raised $1.5 million in funding for 3LM.
