The iShares MSCI Hong Kong is expected to grow as international financial firms are exploring opportunities in Asia’s growing wealth, ETF Trends reports. The fund rose about 8% over the past year. Lenders such as Citigroup as well as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, including Soros Fund Management, are setting up offices in Hong Kong to meet the needs of Asian investors. Hong Kong is seen as the gateway to China for private equity firms.
