A joint venture between the BP Pension Fund and property development company Great Portland Estates has exchanged contracts to acquire 200 and 214 Gray’s Inn Road, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Great Ropemaker Partnership has purchased the two Central London properties for £132.8 million. The headquarters of Independent Television News have been bought from Boston-based real-estate investment company Beacon Capital Partners, adds Bloomberg. The properties fetch a total annual rent of £8.9 million.
