Hermes BPK Partners, the hedge-fund-of-funds arm of Hermes, has appointed Robert Wescott as chairman, Financial News reports. Wescott is founder and president of Keybridge Research, an economic analysis firm based in Washington. He has also served as special assistant to the president for economic policy at the White House. From 1994 and 1999, Wescott was deputy division chief at the International Monetary Fund.
