Fiat is raising €1.5 billion in a sale of bonds, Bloomberg reports. The Turin, Italy-based carmaker is selling €900 million of three-year bonds and €600 million of seven-year notes.
Banco Santander, Citigroup, Mediobanca, RBS, Societe Generale and UBS are managing the deal. The bonds will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, adds The Wall Street Journal.
