ECE Floats $2.8B Mall Acquisition Fund

ECE Group has rolled out a fund worth $2.8 billion to acquire shopping centers in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic.

ECE Group has rolled out a fund worth $2.8 billion to acquire shopping centers in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic, GlobeSt reports. ECE has raised $1 billion in equity for the ECE European Prime Shopping Center Fund and is seeking to raise another $110 million by September. It has also has obtained three centers, Stern-Center in Germany, Linden-Center in Berlin and Galeria Kaskada in Poland for $225 million. Management and leasing of the acquired centers will be overseen by subsidiary ECE Projektmanagement.
