Norwegian Property has secured new credit facilities worth €1.28 billion, PropertyEU reports. The Oslo-listed company has obtained the total loan divided into two main credit facilities. Nordea Bank Norge and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken have provided €641 million in equal amounts. The facility will mature in seven years. Additionally, DnB NOR Bank and Fokus Bank offered €641 of loan in equal amounts for a duration of four years.
