The Aviva Tower in London has been put up for sale at $456.4 million by special servicers of the property, Reuters reports. The building was part of the White Tower 2006-3 commercial mortgage-backed security issue (CMBS).
The tower, which is leased to U.K. insurer Aviva, is located in the City of London financial district. CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank have been appointed to market the Aviva Tower.
