Hyatt Hotels has downsized its acquisition of several extended-stay hotels from LodgeWorks, The Wall Street Journal reports. It has cut back the number of hotels involved in the deal from 24 to 20.
The overall price of the transaction has also been reduced from $802 million to $661 million. The four LodgeWorks hotels no longer part of the purchase include those in Redmond, Washington, Bellevue, Washington, King of Prussia, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Merrifield, Virginia.
