Poland has sold a part of its stake in power group, Tauron Polska Energia, The Wall Street Journal reports. The government has raised about $449 million from the 11.9% stake sold to foreign and domestic buyers, adds Reuters. Poland will retain a 30% stake in Tauron. UniCredit, ING Groep and Credit Suisse Group were hired as the joint global coordinators, while UBS and Banco Espirito Santo were the joint bookrunners.
